Eggs - which type to eat?

We all know that eggs are good, but not all sort of cooking of eggs are suitable to gout patients.

Recently during my mother's admission in the hospital, my dad's best friend who has been suffering uric acid and he is a chief nurse before did remind me about eggs... besides the cholestrol, gout patients can't eat all types of cook eggs during the recovery process, especially for SJS patients.

Even after recovery it is highly advice to avoid fried eggs as frying with oil and heat it will turn the egg into rich purine food. Yes! It turns to rich purine food!

However, egg lovers (and gout patients as well) don't have to be sad as boiled eggs are ok according to my dad's best friend.

He didn't explain why and I have no idea how it gets there but I think there is something to do with the oiling (or frying). At this moment, a person who suffers a little arthritis I try to avoid as much fry egg as possible and start with boiled ones.
